Use a lipstick brush.
By applying lipstick directly from the tube you lose control of where you put it. You don’t get the precise coverage you get with a brush.
For best results outline your lips with a lip pencil. Then using a lipstick brush with lipstick on it, apply it to your lips. Start at the center of your top lip and work your way out on either side. Next, do the same techniques on your bottom lip. Then blot your lips with a tissue.
Using a lipstick brush to apply your lipstick will make the lipstick last longer and look better.
